We go to extra lengths to manufacture a great shutter.  Each of our shutters is hand-made in vertical grain woods like Western Red Cedar, Mahogany, Teak and other select woods, and we’ve perfected time-proven mortise and tenon craftsmanship by reinforcing every joint with a stainless steel fastener to elevate the structural integrity of an already superior shutter product. 

Every shutter is primed and finished in your choice of color and our wide array of shutter hardware is used to hang your shutters in Charleston-style.  All of our shutters are shipped with copper capping to deflect moisture.

The Charleston Shutter Basics. 

  Every shutter is made to traditional detail for thickness, size and construction. 

  Shutter stiles and top rails are 2 ¾ inches wide and have a 4 ½-inch bottom rail. 

  Center mullions measure 2 ¾-inches wide. 

  Traditional Louvers, Bahama and Bermuda style louvers are available with 1 ½
or 2 ½ inch louver blades that are 3/8-inch thick.
